I paid but something went wrong

Look up your order above with the email you paid with. If the document never arrived, use Resend. If a detail is wrong, use the free correction. If neither fits — for example the charge went through but no document was ever generated — email us with your payment reference and we'll refund it.

Refund policy

If you were charged and never received a working document, you get a full refund. Once a correct document has been delivered, the purchase is final — this is an instant digital product, not a subscription.
