Kagaz has no accounts. You do not create a login. We process the details you type only to draft the document you asked for, take payment, and email the PDF. After you pay, you can send the file from your own WhatsApp.

For most document types those details go to our server for a short session (up to 24 hours) so we can generate the draft, create a payment order, and send the file. After you pay, we keep the email and WhatsApp number you entered so we can email this PDF and reach you again. We do not keep the document text as a customer file.

For Simple Will and Name-Change Affidavit, your name and address are added on your device. They are not sent to our drafting API. Your name and address are added to this document on your device. We don't receive them.

Payment is handled by Razorpay. Email is sent by Resend. We do not send WhatsApp from our servers. We use Turnstile to block bots on Generate, and a daily spend cap so a runaway loop cannot burn the drafting budget. We do not use Google Analytics.
